Change unit icons

I think the question have been aldready asked, but i cannot find an answer so...

I'm just starting modify my export_descr_building.txt and export_descr_units.txt files for adding buildings and units to egyptian

it's work well but the icon his always a carthaginian peasant for every adds, or roma barracks for buildings

how can i affect the correct icons to my adds??

If you have the UI (thats the icon folder) unpacked its easy.
Elsewhere use this http://www.twcenter.net/forums/downl...?do=file&id=43 and tell which building/units you added.
Well I need to know either way to help.

ok i have the UI folder, now, All i've to di i suppose it's to cpy the added item in the egyptian folder

if you unpak the existing ui stuff from the ui_1.pak and ui_0.pak you can see the structure the ui folder is supposed to have. The unit cards and building cards go in different places. There are 3 building cards per building, and 2 unit cards per unit that you will need.

Wee, I try ti move tga file ont the egyptian folder, but the icon for hygways is still a baracks...

I move anythinbg for the cartaginian and I ve the good icon...

and When I move some file, my pv crashed...
now I"ve an repetitive error message...

Shouldn't crash of the UI files/pictures.
You must have done some else fault

in fact it was my windows profile who crashed, a restoration makes my pc return tio normal, exept for that repetitive error message

but my pc is Haunted...
he dosen't work well for long and do such weird thing

The only thing i change before he crashed was to copy the UI folder int the data folder...


someday I will kick his ass with baseball bate

when i ll have enough money tu buy new one...
