    On who will you vote?

    VB, if I could.
The common culture of a tribe is a sign of its inner cohesion. But tribes are vanishing from the modern world, as are all forms of traditional society. Customs, practices, festivals, rituals and beliefs have acquired a flut and half-hearted quality which reflects our nomadic and rootless existence, predicated as we are on the global air-waves.

Open VLD = right winged liberal party
Are in the current gouv in wich they betrayed about everything they stood for before the elections, kicked out anyone of there party who pinted that out.

    CD&V = right/center christian conservatives party
Party who ruled for decades got belgium one of the highest state debts in the world (120% of GDP) back in a younger an renewed form after being int he oposition for almost a decade.

Vlaams Belang = extreem right party nationalists party
    Party
Nationalists party, wants the indepance of flanders, heavily against migration and immigrants, was condemmed for racism a couple of years ago, changed its name to avoid further prosecution.

    SP.a = socialists party
been in most of the gouv the last couple of decades in decline since 15 years but always manage to get in the gouv and get there programms trough.

    Groen! = ecological socialists party
Once in the gouv, total fiasco last almost all its voters.

NVA = right winged nationalists party
Same as VB but without the racisme.

VB isn't a extreem right party but yust a regular right party, the media yust say they are extreem right. Before you go bashing remember that people are getting to quickly labbeld extremist or racists by the left cause it's an easy wapon to use... Would you label Sarkozy an right wing extremist? No I think not, but yet I heard my mother's aunt reffering to him as 'little Hitler' WTF?

Euh you do know VB supported apartheid, segregation of the society, curfews for the youth, taught women shouldn't work, were against the legalisation of soft drugs, had a very extreme immigration policy, wants to cut back tremendously on welfare and our social rights and privacy. I wouldn't be surprised some people call them a bit extreme.

combined with a narrow minded view on flanders(their are only 2million flemings in flanders, the rest are limburgers and brabanders)

I know the party and they are extreem right, there economic program (getting rid of the unions for example and curbing there power) to social (women stays at home as lots of children) to political (seperation of the state with an independant flanders) to there view on foreigners (everyone with a headscarf should be returned to there countrys of origin, no belgians with non belgian roots in gouv jobs,...) As for there own party themselves (leader for life, no change in the leadership for decades,...)

No Sarkozy isnt extreem right, but the Vlaams Belang is.

you must be kidding. most of the debt was incurred in the eighties during the joint rule of CVP (the then CD&V) and .... trrrrrrrrrrrrrr... PVV (the then VLD). Belgium must be famous for having the least successful liberals in the history of liberalism.

You just keep voting for them, sir, and in 20 years for now a perfectly functioning welfare state will be reduced to a miserable rubble, governed by a small class of superwealthy. for examples you can refer to the UK or, even further down the line the US and Russia.

And to all VB voters around here: reality is not a MTWII campaign map. Grow up.

CVP/CD&V Ruled from 58 up until 2000 , SP and PVV/VLD switched ovet time several times.
From 1960 to 1980 when the biggest part of the debt was created liberals rules with christian democrats about 8 years, while socialists rules for 12 years .

And If I look at bush he's creating debt just as fast :-)

So I stick to my point, the CD&V was the only party in control who rules for the whole period that the debt was created.

I never voted CD&V and once VLD . If it were up to SPA or other socialist partys the belgian economy would be down and the welfare state would be unpayable. Even now when more investments are needed all they can talk about is raising pensions, raising tax free brackets for the lower incoms, raising sunsidies for all sorts of things, ... And at the end 'when there is money over we might invest it in the economy'

And who will pay for that? Yep me, sorry I am paying enough as it is now.
