    I'd hold off for now, there's been talk of a possible R4 in the works, which is absolutely needed to tone down the current Game-of-Thrones-esque AI.

    Melee troops with javelins seem to stand still and not fight back in melee combat a lot more than they used to in previous versions. This only happens with the AI, my own troops are fine.

    Basilike Patris are "limited by faction size", according to the guide. What exactly does this mean? Can you build one every 10 settlements? 15? What is the maximum amount?
