E.B 1.1 is buggy, u should update to E.B 1.2 and apply all the fixes, but it won't be save game compatible, if u insist on continuing your campaign, then i guess u can use the move_character cheat...

just ran your save for a couple of turns and no ctd, checked the sauromatae and no issues there, maybe the problem is in your installation anyway here is a save for the next turn.

no console commands necessary, just use force diplomacy mod, u can do a search for it in the mod section.
