    That is usually caused by some kind of mod loading priority issue, Usually happens when using the new mod manager, I personally keep using the user script.

    I just checked the files and they checked out, it may be because of the mod manager messing up the tables overwriting the vanilla ones, you could try using the user.script rather than the mod manager...

    It wasn't updated since I didn't find any effects in the beta that were altered so it should still be fine, Arbitis is incompatible with the current version of DEI i believe.
