    There is nothing wrong with your installation. :)
    It will take a few turns for the FPoE to 'muster' the men for recruitment.
    I suggest building lumber camps to allow for the recruitment...

    AFAIK, any faction can rebuild Osgiliath. Only the human Gondor player will receive the event notice however.

    The Balrog can be awakened by building the Mithril Mines after turn 90. If they have been constructed before this turn, destroy the mine and then rebuild it...

    MOS v1.6.2 uses leo's Unofficial Patch v3.3.
    MOS v1.6.3 will use the settlements from leo's Alternative Patch (v4.0).

    Did you run the Cleaner.bat located in the installation folder?
    Also MOS v1.6.2 is the most current version, if you did not realize this.

    Isenmouthe is coded as a custom settlement in the DaC map version 2.0.
    It appears to have been removed or at least renamed in the Alternative patch.
