    Yes I'm using 7.0a. I'm sure about it. Last time when the game loaded, right after has the game crashed, mb I've clikced before one settlement. But mostly the game crashes after 20-30 minutes.

    I totally agree. I think it's a good example for how to work the region "debuff" mechanic (if it works). It may not have a special description, but i can see the regions debuffs effect on the income...
