I want to change the campaign map settlement appearances in RS III because I prefer previous ones like in RS2. Can you tell me which files I should replace?

Yes it can replace the slot but Msakhureuli should be medium like Metsikhovne.
Msakhureuli Swordsmen will be historically more accurate, also there is one medium spear unit already.
