    Don't trust a hope. They have not the brains they require to achieve that. If i was you i would ask to reach MTW-1 AI that was more complicated than the one you compare with 3 Kingdoms TW.

    I use milkshape 1.8.4 (versions newer than 1.8.5 cause troubles). You will need Python 2.5.4 (newst versions cause troubles).

    Yes you can create civil wars by script bit they will be prefixed. Not by the player's style of goverment as in MTW.

    That would be a great addition if any pne creates such a script.

    You need Photoshop or GIMP to make them frm tga format to PNG or other format as pictures.
