Finally... The whole problem was in the name of the folder, I named it "PItalica 2",
but when I renamed into "PItalica2" game started...

@Morfeasnikos, I don't understand what patch? And for the last Do not install the patch in "Medieval II Total War", but directly in "Medieval II Total War/mods/PItalica2"

But when I click on kingdoms.exe I get same CTD like with PI2...???
Also M2TW, without Kingdoms, isn't working...
