when i start m2tw im on the loading screen for about 20 seconds then the game just shuts down without any error messages, i tried googling but i couldnt find any solution

just downloaded kingdoms, but whenever i click on a start campaign or something the game just freezes, for example i clicked on historic battle and it freeze
