    First, RotR isn't skipping to the late game, it offers a full campaign with 100 turns.
    And right no RotR and the Ancien Regime early campaign aren't compatible as to many changes were introduced...

    Yes this is the plan. However Hesse-Kassel will stay a "mayor" faction and Sweden has already a full set of Finish units. The next on the list is probably Saxe-Weimar.

    I use RPFM. However, I would advise you to export the .loc as .tsv and then work on it with an editor such as Visual Code from Microsoft.
    That makes it a lot easier!
