generally speaking... most of the things you wanna do are doable

you'll need to add those things from scratch, which means spawning new UI interfaces and interact with them through lua...

Diplomacy: true... I think that the best solution for solving diplomacy in a slow paced mod is the one I'm gonna use for ror666, which basically is spawns and scripts

DeI names for ror should be vanilla ones, so check the local_eng CA pack for finding the loc entry

there are tons of data inside a startpos (.esf) file
you can easily open them with normal pfm but compare them... that's a looong work
campaigns > "campaign name" > startpos.esf
