I've been trying to do this myself, but I can't seem to find where to edit agent action costs. Any ideas? I've been looking at data_rome2.pack and the other pack. Seeing nothing in the agents tables.
Is it possible to disable or "reduce" the use of this agent action somehow? Preferably through a global edit that affects all agents of all factions.
Anyone want to help?

I want to play with an end user modification that changes the army size to 41 units per army, and as such need a way to increase every faction's income to supplement the doubled upkeep...
Checked that one, but to me it just looks way to colorful.
But that's just my opinion, I like lesser color variations. The nobles and elite/special troops should be the ones with all the glamor.
This is a great mod! I love the more natural colors.
I hope the author comes back, his version seems more natural than the others for some reason.
