R was the same turn. 3 half an hour battles, that's the "problem" with Empire. You can have multiple battles per turn so only play this game when you have plenty of time

I've never played an empire mod yet. I installed this but it just starts like the vanilla campaign. Can someone help me run it as a mod?

Did you redue the unit on the battlefield? I know basically every city has flintlock armed citizenry. Or maybe you edited it's abilities whatever in the stat folder? Maybe there's just a typo...
