    UPDATE: Raised buffer state behavior, vassals have better chance of canceling vassal state if relations sour. Less aggression version-raised aggression on several factions.

    They never have ever. CA did not code that and there are still path finding bugs they never fixed. This game was abandoned by CA as it was not popular.
