    Well if you guys plan on correcting it anytime soon, I suggest also rechecking the Celtiberian entry. It says nothing about the herds trait line, warrior values trait line, war-leader retinue, etc....

    There are armor and weapon upgrades tied to military (and even political, as they are not mutually exclusive) reformations. A +1 on armor and attack may not look like much but it does add up.
