    It works by city center recruitment, hence you get those automatically.

    In part it works. It works for the global commands, but not for the factions ones (that are the ones mostly used by DEI).

    They were old mods of mine. Small modifications before doing AGA.

    Sadly those mods are very old and they will work neither with patch 9 IIRC. They are discontinued from a lot of time.
