ok just tried edit the data file with PFM_NTW1.5.9 didn't do nothing....
i changed the time to get troops finish to like 99 and building that way takes computer longer to beat me.

ok i play allot of shogun 2 and empire ripped out a old game napoleon the other day. anyways i want to edit tech and elite units like empire i tried to use packfilemanager its a little different...

ok found it for empire no problem tried PackFileManager it works but not the greatest i google it and found youtube dead links. anybody know where i can find a until or a db editor FOR Napoleon?
