    I solved the problem by deleting map.rwm. I comes back each time (and I delete it everytime) but it doesn't crash anymore.

    The crash happens at approximately two third of the loading before the battle, consistently, exactly at the same moment. I play with the gold edition, non steam (on cd)

    Kellenpure, I don't know if it will help you, but given that woodland buildings give bonuses over than recruiting woodland units, maybe it would be more interesting to just suppress the recruiting...

    Papal states units were still on the unit pool of walls. With a building level requirement.

    I tried to apply "is_the_ai" to all barracks bonuses, and it worked for the town_gard, but not for the city_watch and further, but removing the bonuses for city_watch and further made it work fine,...
