    They get small bonuses but they get larger ones at higher imperiums in the mod. Difficulty level determines some of those bonuses also.

    Carthage is one of the largest starting factions.

    The old complaint was they were a doormat so I am actually happy to hear some of our recent changes have had some effect.

    This happens sometimes when one player is a global reform faction and the other player is a greek player reform faction. I am making changes to address this in the next update but for now the bug...
