    Sorry, but I think "omniscient" lacks the dynamic you try to apply to it, at least for the total omniscience this is the case.

    Mod_units_NO_unit_campaign_cap.pack ==> Rome 2 data folder ==> use mod manager to activate it
    db folder ==> ignore it, its there, just in case want to implement the same table in another mod.
