    yeah, sadly pop is what it is in 1.7 (and some previous version too probably)

    the "last party super power" is a known problem and sadly not easily nor properly fixable... and no you can't script...

    yeah banditry is built through hardcoded thresholds, the higher they are the more probable a banditry event is

    at 800+ turns... do you have same steamrolling feeling as for dei vanilla?

    send diplomat: yeah I did it that way, in PIGS I mostly used loyalty as a currency so that actions aren't free when you wish, you'll have to plan

    the pack at the top will overwrite every "pfm's string" it encounters below.
    if there is no overwriting then the order is the one you want (except putting DeI packs...
