    dude... AA set to 8x???? xD
    switch it to FXAA or Off or 2x at best. Crank all other setting to MAX and enjoy the game with steady 60 fps ;)
    and I would reccomend to switch to Windows 10 64 bit

    You can change all setting in GEM by yourself! It's very easy to do and you can make changes while in-game just like with reshade/sweetfx.
    Also DOF is enabled or disabled by pressing K button OR...

    Usually the second line is for Navy size (at least it has been since Empire TW)
    both lines apply for both Human and AI

    They might as well leave it as it is - they never advertised custom, modded unit sizes as a possibility :)

    Why editing starpos file doesnt make any difference to the actual campaign? I've tried to make it 40 unit per stack but it only works if I edit a save file, not starpos

    The new EditESF file has been posted. get it and it works fine as always. Yes, in CAMPAIGN_MODEL In save_game file. As always - first number is army second is navy.

    I tried latest EditESF file that was posted few minutes ago. 40 unit stacks work alright but editing the unit multiplier crashes the game just as the method with editing each unit size manually.

    Usually EditESF is the tool to change the stack limits. SO I hope updated version of it is released soon.

    after yesterdays patch all other races are crashing too.
    I think we need one of the major modders (Radious, Dresden or someone else who has a contact with the dev team) to ask CA for a solution...

    I too think they will release it along with DX12 patch.
    So far the game runs very good. FPS 50-60 while zoomed in but at the same time they are using lower unit sizes for TWW. At ultra average unit...

    Question on Increased unit sizes

    So did anyone managed to increase unit sizes (to x1.5 or x2) without game crashing?
    I've used PFM to manually increase each units size but the game crashes when I'm loading into an Orc campaign...

    Tried Assembly kit but PFM is easier to use imo.

    Im playing at 2560-1440 resolution.
    Decided to stick with 980ti for now. If its not enough for at least 50 fps at that resolution then probably the best solution is to get second 980ti?
