    That is actually redundant/lacking in explanation I guess; any citizen who receives a moderation warning (aka infraction) and does not appeal it/loses the appeal, will have their Citizenship...

    I did do some researches about German impressionist but could not find that artwork, sadly. At first it reminded me of Monet, honestly.

    Anyways, something new to study for me :P
