I have started to wonder how taxes and corruption are actually calculated by the game and what variables affect them.

One question I have is why do I get 24% tax from Rome but 39% tax...

Like the title says.

There is one rather small thing I would like to do, but I don't know how to do it so it works with DeI. I can only edit vanilla Rome when I start TWeak.
