    Yeah the Saka Reforms are different, I just remembered. But I think Roxolani should be similar to Scythian reforms. I can't remember off the top of my head unfortunately.

    In cai_personalities find playable_roman. You can change some of those to match other factions entries. For example, deal generation/evaluation components, military aggression, etc

    Sure, you can open your save and go to COMPRESSED DATA / CAMPAIGN ENV / CAMPAIGN MODEL / EPISODIC RESTRICTIONS / EVENT RESTRICTED UNITS and find the units for your faction. Change the True/False...

    You either have a mod active somehow (even if not active in the launcher) that has a factions table or UI table, or you are missing a mod part.

    Some factions require DLCs but it does sound like you are missing some. Maybe try reverifying your game files.

    You can change units, buildings, etc in an existing startpos by editing it directly. However, you can't really add ones that aren't already there.

    This happens sometimes in the game. The AI gets "stuck" for lack of a better word. Sometimes changing the AI turn view options for a turn helps (from Limited to None or the reverse)

    Woops sorry I missed that.
    Hrmmm...I did add an army spawn script but it should only spawn Roman armies near Roman start areas...and it should only do it if its AI.

    2 Units that are pre-Thureos only
    4 units that are Thureos (noble spears, late bodyguard, thureos spear, elite swords)

    A single city faction can only have 2 stacks, so either you have a mod conflict or they have more territory somewhere.

    If you are trying to edit a file when the game is running or its being back up somewhere, it will get corrupted. So be careful with that.

    Try setting it again to one or two turns after the current turn you are on. They should fire if they are working right. Are you sure you changed the player reforms and not the global reforms?

    When you are editing a lua, you need to click somewhere else for the changes to take effect (like on a db table). It should then show the lua file as red colored. You should then be able to save.

    The Illyrians have a mix of Barbarian buildings and Hellenic sprawl if I remember, so it should look unique compared to any other faction.
