    Do you use a campaign script? Most of my no-error message CTDs at end turn were caused by bugs in my campaign script. Try disabling the campaign script and see if end of turn CTDs are still happening...

    These rebel faction "error" entries are false-positives, I also get a lot of them even though everything is correct. It doesnt have any effect or cause any crash.
