I'm hoping DeI can have a vanilla size mod (160 men infantry), or they have DeI 1.5 mod (360 men infantry), as 240 men is too small for me and x2 (480men per unit) will be too big!

From what I understand, only entry in black can be edited or viewed. red or blue either main not exit or can't be edited.
I know what's wrong, I can see the CiG units entries in the main_units_tables, they just use the same stats of their "non CiG" units the land_unit_tables.

for now I work out you can also change multiplier in Esf Editor 1.07 (EditSF.exe) for saved game only.
unfortunately dose not affect starting units.
open saved game file with Esf Editor
go to ...
so far, packfileManager 2.4.1 won't work, but EditSF_1.07 seems works, I have changed the campaign unit size and unit experience. campaign multiplier doesn't work, unit scale doesn't work if set >3.0
