    I see the logic, but I think at least Symmachia should be allowed. Are there any other restrictions or is only Hellas exempt?

    Yes, I realised too late that the Nabatean royal satrap does not convert. Otherwise I would have waited before building it.

    With the new aggressiveness of the AI, the lack of a western Balkan faction is really visible. You get all kind of weird expansions in this area, now even more.

    If anything, the hoplites are too good. They are one of the best heavy infantry in the game.

    No, I conquered the settlement after the approval. But it worked after I gave the settlement to the Saka and then conquered it again. Now I have enough points to build military colony level 3. Still...

    I really hope that the higher movement will be kept. It makes the East with its big provinces much more pleasant to play.

    Elephants are also incredibly expensive and it is already hardly worth using them. Making them more fragile would render them completely useless.
