It's a shame. this time period has so much playability from East to West. It was just too incomplete to do a whole campaign :(
BUG: Marcomanni can only get garrison units in its capital building chain. Essentially, you can't conquer land unless you want to garrison it permanently with an army....
Aaand another thing: All gallic rebels I've seen are "Arverni Rebels". Like as in Mediolanum rebelled and I get Arverni Rebels appear.
:D
I second the 212BCE start date, but fully appreciate the major undertaking that would be. I'm sure you guys played Roma Surrectum II, which had that as the start date, I believe.
On the other hand,...
Just reporting that after researching Socii Cohors I can no longer recruit any Socii except Equites Latini! Looks like the buildings don't provide the options to recruit them.
Dude. That's your faction leader. You can't appoint your faction leader to be your faction heir.
Excellent! I'll pause my campaign til you put it in. I'm excited!
Not so much a bug report but a missing function: All relevant factions should have the "can horde" trait.
I've tried changing my save file to do it myself, but if you just implement it in the game...
Can someone please tell me how to change a faction to "can horde".
The tick boxes in the faction parser don't work for that option.
I can't find the option in the ESEditor. Factions which...
Q & E rotate the map mate. Sometimes the map rotates at the end of the turn sequence.
yeah, only the capital gets full recruitment availability, but the royal katoika will grant you access to most core units.
The eastern capital buildings have stats that don't reflect their names. The tributary/allied kingdom branch doesn't actually provide the autonomy buffs and nerfs, where the royal xatrap does. Stats...
Ran into a crew of Selukid large onager operators, having dodged those little ICBMs, and closed to murder them. Problem was, a unit of horse archers, then 3 units of horse archers, then 5 units of...
I second this. Dead end for my parthia campaign here
Kingdom of the Bosporus please!
The economy is broken for at least a few factions. Please refer to my Parthia thread. There is a huge amount of expenses happening behind the scenes that arent depicted in the top bar, nor the...
Agree with OP, the trait generation does seem to occur a bit too often. Otherwise I love it.
Id like to query if this is just me, but I doubt it cus Ive tried a range of different workarounds. The province maintenance when playing as Parthia becomes so exorbitant you cannot afford a single...
yep, I think thats what I meant. if youre having trouble i could try upload my version for you. i think mine works
^ Cheers and hurrahs to the good Graham. That really is nice of you mate.
WOT WOT? This is a banana of the toppest variety.
Just wanted to leave this here: These Saxons looks disgustingly good. So hardcore looking. Glad I've found an up to date version of the mod, the one I used years ago didn't work and I thought I...
Doubt it. They said it was being merged with this one as the main mod, but even this is bugged beyond being fully playable. There is broken aspects to it that cause crashes when campaign do certain...
Ive found heaps of bugs, from units not being available for recruitment from any building type, to CTDs, incorrectly named towns etc, and incorrect emergent factions.
of course there is! just search AOC factions pack on the steam workshop. Or even Age of Britannia.
just started a campaign, you guys have clearly done a fair bit of work on this, so congrats.
Hey devs. Been playing FotE for a very long time now, and loving it still. recently completed the Legendary This is Total War with ERE, and it was my most satisfying TW campaign ever.
While the...
any chance this mod could be updated? With it activated, I can't play as any of the later-released cultures (e.g. Celts, Desert Kingdoms, White Huns etc)
I think you could argue either way. One one hand, an empire is a rulership over multiple political entities (i.e. lesser kingdoms or "nations"), such as the british empire, early roman empire etc.,...
Im at CE 416 as the ERE, playing the This is Total War! campaign on Legendary. I control the southern 60% of the map, from the Atlantic to India, so I have one long frontier from Burdigalia to the...
Also, reckon if this is going to be done, you could make them blonde plz? It's sore point for a stickler, but the Alans were meant to be almost exclusively tall and blonde. It would be cool to see...
This needs to be fixed IMO. At present the Alans can't recruit any Alanic units except for Alanic Spearmen. Even if you settle in Sarmatia. It's not enough to have access to Sarmatian and Germanic...
Raising issue that Grand Campaign Alani roster is broken. They still have only sarmatian and germanic units only. No Alanic units except Alani Spearmen. None of the FreeLC units are in. Some of their...
from the outset, this debate should have nothing to do with the merits of the arguments made by stupid christian conservatives, but should be about the "rights" you americans hold to be such global...
Welcome to TWC tuli. Happy first post.
Having made many mods myself over the past 8 years for various TW titles, including Attila, I believe I understand a thing or two about modding.
I certainly wouldn't want to be seen as making demands on your time and effort. Your unit pack is great. But there are many more types of mods than TPY mods that change the startpos. Chief of which...
I'd say definitely the Romano-Britons. There's a lot of potential for gameplay to follow the Ambrosius Aurelianus / Arthur / Groans of the Britons storyline. It would also be good to have a faction...
Really gotta release a version of this mod that doesnt change the startpos. I'm sure you're aware of how limiting that is for a unit mod. A simple fix for this would be keeping the vanilla units in...
