Found what I was looking for, it's the Tokugawa Ieyasu set. The color was set to black so I didn't see the finer detail of the texture.

You need to open the "game_path.txt" file in the "binaries" folder and then change it to point to your shogun 2 folder.
Not sure when it was added, but you can go in-game to Options->Mods and then check "Run user script mods" and then after restarting the game, it will now recognize the user script.
