Do these units also appear in Imperator Augustus and Hannibal at the Gates, or are they only recruitable in Grand Campaign?

Well, it would be similar to how Messagetae have both Saka cataprachts and Noble lancers.
Ro
Sarmatian cataprachts would have higher armor, but maybe lower charge bonus and melee attack. A shock...
Well my suggestion of Sarmatian catapracts still stands if you haven't already added it to the list.
Awesome :thumbsup2
Great to see other nomad factions get some Amazon love.
I think Tomyrene would work.
At least it rolls of the tongue well and sounds ok.

Here are some images of Nomad infantry that I found:

As for Amazons; I'd recomend...
The one suggestion which I simply have to make are Sarmatian cataphracts for Roxolani. Sarmatians were famous for their heavy cavalry, which was even used by the Romans as their auxiliaries. It is...
Did a few more battles and didn't notice Armenian elites being under powered.
Tested them against both vanilla armies and your other roster expansions and they held up well.
No, they seemed well matched with elites from other rosters.
Will do some more testing with Armenia to make sure, though.
So I did two custom battles today (Colchis vs Cimmeria and Armenia vs Arevaci) and the new rosters are pretty well balanced against each other. Both battles were very closely fought and the new units...
Looking great :)
Any chance you know how to fix Colchis Nobles so they can actually be recruited in Grand Campaign?
Can't wait to see all of these in action! :thumbsup2
Thank you Sebidee.
Keep up the great work :)
So, I started a new Seleucid campaign today and the new units don't appear for recruitment. I can see them in custom battle, but none of them show up in tier 2 military buildings.
Is there a...
I can confirm that they are. :)
Historically, Armenia had a catapract unit that used both lances and bows.
If you were to add such a unit to them, I think their charge bonus should be lower then that of regular catapracts and...
Yes!
Time to put those new units to work. :)
Here's a source I found on Anceint Armenian army:

Love the pack, particularly the Baktrian units.
Great work Sebidee!
Ok, after testing the legionaries some more, this time against top tier sword infantry, I came to the conclusion that their current stats and price are fine and it's been my pikemen and skirmishers...
The reason I mention them is because of what happened in my custom battle. My Egyptian Legionaries charged their Seleucid counterparts in the front. Both units fought it out to a standstill. Then, 2...
So, after testing out Egypt and Seleucid in battle, I've come to realize that their legionaries are simply too good. Stat wise they're better than Roman Legionaries or Legionary Cohort; higher melee...
Baktria:
Eastern Axemen and Veteran Eastern Spearmen's unit cards show roman hastati in a ship.
Maurian Archers and Kumara Warriors have Germanic champion and standard bearer leading them.
...
Egypt could do with another melee cavalry unit, since Egyptian Cavalry is only slightly better than Citizen Cavalry. Maybe a Galatian sword shield armed riders or some Ethiopian cavalry?
For Baktria:
A better sword and pike unit. Right now, Baktria is the only successor faction that has no upgrade over thorax swordsmen and pikemen.
For pikes, I suggest something like Royal...
