We have no idea which mafioso the clues are for, and half of them are false. So there's basically no point.

That doesn't make sense. There might as well not even be clues if they're guaranteed to be inconsistent and useless.

Clue games traditionally start with Night 1, so that there are clues to go off of for Day 1.
