    Hm, weird and it is gone after turn or two. But shouldn't anti_RegPen trait apply some bonuses(maybe +2 to happines) to faction, who succssesfuly nationalizes all her anexed regions.

    1. Thirtheen colonies(NPC faction) have no slaves on their plantations, despite that they have three indiaman ships on trade node in west Africa.

    Nice - slave trade now works...but...

    Does it work only with player nation? Can't see any slaves on NPC plantations, despite that they have trade ships in West Africa trading area.
