    Yea I'm about 300 turns into a Seleukid campaign and no historical characters have spawned. As for the family packs, I hope they are useable :D.

    Lol you know you can just hover over the old icon to see all your manpower in each of the 4 categories right? You don't have to look at the recruitment menu.
