    Look man, there is a phrase "sailing orders" and there is a phrase "shipping order", both of which are good matches for the images posted.

    There are positive and negative points.
    If you are offered a guild in a city and you reject the offer because you want to build a different guild in that city you are penalized for all the guilds....
