    the hre doesnīt exist befor the swap. they will be created with the events via script.
    if itīs needed - i have a spot in the sahara, where i can put the FL or any other character. did it make sence...

    you most probasbly use a wrong battlemap (those have vanilla map coordinates and wonīt work).
    try to scroll down and use one of the last ones in the line.
