The game works fine if I set unit detail to low. Before the update of graphics, the Nvidia Geforce Experience told me to use Ultra textures but now it tells me to use High. Indeed if I play the game...
Amazing :thumbsup2
Thanks! I'll try it. I don't have problems about DEI just wanted optimal settings. Amazing because we have similar computers. :thumbsup2
The game runs fine for me but I think he got settings optimized for this mod. I get like 25 fps for 12k soldiers.
Ok High preset and do you use MSAA and anisotropic filtering? I asked for an...
I think so.
I have a i5 9600KF, 16 GB of Ram at 3200 Mhz and GTX 970. Could Greek Strategos post his in game settings? :)
I totally agree with you.
I have only played it a few minutes but it seems amazing. Does Soundmod work with it? :)
I recommend you to try this.

What frequency is recommended? Large HDD? Having a big HDD makes better fps? I play with a SSD.
I have these settings:
CPU
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
GPU
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4 GB
RAM
- 4 GB Kingston @ 1600 MHz
- 4 GB Kingston @ 1600 MHz
I have a problem.
When I play the campaign map I have a 80% of GPU usage and 70 fps on very high/ultra and also I have these FPS before I click "start battle".
When I click start battle the fps...
Yeah this is the unique concern of DEI. The rest of things are simply the best TW experience. I have to reduce unit size because it struggles even with low unit details (which they look nice even in...
Yeah Rome 2 has a bad optimitzation but i can play vanilla or mods like War of the Gods+GEM with the high preset with no problems but DEI gives me problems with everything on low but large unit size....

This is great!!! :)
I have applied the 3.1 patch and it also says RS 3.0 Launcher 1.3.3
Thanks. I wish you the best also. ;)
I have tried version 1.09 and the files that Greek Strategos provided.
A big thank you for your efforts they do not work. I think I can try using a previous version of Rome II and try GEM if it works with that.
I have made a benchmark for Shogun II:
The CPU test says ~24,7 fps for CPU benchmark and ~35,5 fps for graphic benchmark with your settings.
Intel Core i5-6300HQ Quad-Core (6M Cache, 2.3 GHz ~...
I have tried all different combos (just one, each and neither) and it doesn't work.

What do you think about this mod? Performance maker...
It just crashes at launch.
Does it work? Which settings must be activated? Thanks ;)
I can't play GEM despite I have not ticked the new graphical options that Rome II offers.
Are you able to play Rome II with GEM and the latest update?

If I had the game, I would happily benchmark it. :thumbsup2
Have you upgraded your computer recently?
It seems really interesting. :)
You are great!!! :)
Do you have plans to balance sanitation for provinces like DEI?
I think that a good idea to make the game smoother is locking your fps at 30.
These files are not meant to be executed. They are settings files to be placed inside the GEM's preset folder.
Ok I'll do that. Thanks!!! ;)
This is what I think I need for the laptop because I have ok performance in campaign and battles before combat starts. I'll try later.
And what settings are recommended for the desktop and laptop? I always doubt which are my correct settings because I remember reading here that high settings demand graphic card and lowers settings...
