    If you ever need to unpack files use this method - it will unpack the files outside the game directory making it easy to remove them if you need space. It will also serve as a back up of those files...

    Have you tried starting the mod directly from that BAT file?

    Rule of thumb: you do not need to add unedited unpacked files to your mod. As you can see with the unit picture the game automatically uses the packed files if the files are not present in the mod.

    Looks like a general map issue. A stray pixel with an invalid RGB value can mess up your whole day. I do hope you are deleting the map.rwm file after making map changes?
