@kostic - the map-last-picture usually lingers while the script moves forward. I think it's already France's turn.
@Mocho41 - I'll upload a new version very soon, wait a moment... it's there!

Hi Kostic, adding the script will take some time. Also verifying if everything works ok will be time-consuming.
However, these units are integrated in the game and we'll be able to test if they work...
In the first entry to this thread, there's a kind of preview of the next version. The release is approaching, it's closer than you think.

What does this...
On of the reasons I'm collecting the save games from the players (see here, that's plenty, I think) is to see the factions evolutions and whethere they have systematic advantage over the other...
As Napovanni has indicated, you can marry off your Princess (naturally born, or just spawned by the very script this thread is devoted to) to a general. However, if that general marries a foreign...
As dozens (or hundreds) of the other important castles from the Middle Ages, it is not singled out. This is due to the scale of the game.
Perhaps a slightly different set of factions.
Some modding would be required for the recruitment part.
But the bulk of work would have to be devoted to adjusting the scripts - these are mostly set...
Nope, it's not included. One would need to edit the EDCT or maybe just the associated text file. Great start for the modding addiction.
Kerak is planned to be added as one of the unique buildings for the Military Orders' builiding - the plan is here.
Marienburg (Prussia)
Calatrava (Toledo)
Crac de Chevalliers (Tripoli)
Temple...
ad. 1 - not really. I've got an internal one, but it's pretty inactive, no entry for weeks.
ad. 2 - the intermarriages are passed through the "Blood" trait, not ancillary. You can indeed indeed...
@Macaras, have you just copied these files into our working copy or you've integrated them?
EDIT: ok, I see, you've just copied it. It's not a right way to integrate the files as there're...
Aqaba, as a few other desert and steppe settlements, is blocked from growing beyound certain level (town or large town, iirc).
In my opinion - yes, I can't see the sun in this case. But you cam never be 100% sure in the Medieval2 engine.
I don't think it has anything to do with either the traits, or with the portraits.
answered here.
Games known to me are recorded in this entry.
Possibly. This is one of the buildings that still await my time.
I have tried saving it a few times but it crashes every time either on the France's turn, or (if I just delete France) on the HRE turn. I don't think it can be salvaged unless you've got an older...
Perhaps it's possibe. But I think scoreched earth effect reflects better my feeling of immersion in this game. I'd rather tinker with parameters than introduce a new mechanism. One would need to...
Upload a save, we'll try to move a turn ahead, but no guarantees it would succeed.
no, also your current game
Modding is fun, RL can be frustrating - but still you need to eat something real ;-)
Thanks, @Edofcan, for uploding the pics - this makes my task of updating the list of the games in the 5th entry much easier.
Thanks for reporting. Indeed, the mixing of the bloodlines is one of the...
you need to modify the EDB: "export_descr_buildings.txt". Many manuals to be found on the web.
welcome again, Eldgrimr!
I've played v. 2.1.3 and my impressions were:
- there's no translation at that time and playing with Russian alphabet was difficult for me
- graphically it is a pleasant mod
- music was assembled...
I was sure I wouldn't this screen ever in my life  :worship:
yeah, this is a legacy of the base Medieval2, I believe. Or maybe for the SS6.4 somebody bothered to do something with it, I...
Hi cloxx,
there's no better micromanager than myself... Here you've got my recording file for a SSHIP campaing. It was done for v. 092 so some things may be outdated, but I start recording a new...
Cumans issue - it's a feature, not a bug. These are deep steppes, cities couldn't be built here until after the Medieval era, say 16th century or later.
I also thought you're the greatest maniac for the SSHIP... You've lost your title to a more dogged player ;-)
I do concur.
JoC
- extreeme upkeep - that's the feature, not an incident. But the relative costs are to be balanced in the future.
- 25 turns - yes, in one settlement, but for many units there're many settlements...
of course, everybody can post their minimods / or parts of work in the Mini-Mod subforum. State clearly the version of the SSHIP your work is compatible with.
cheers
JoC
frankly speaking, we don't use much our discor server
it's possible they'd send such envoys, but how likely - I don't know.
scripting it - I doubt
Fieforged Empires
Anno Domini 919
Medieval Kingoms 1212
Thanks, Guys, your opinions were added here to help other players to decide whether to play the mod.
no idea. graphics is not my specialty.
I don't understand, I'm sorry.
- I will consider moving Ras more to the North-West.
- adding a province in the Balkans will not happen (soon). It would unbalance the distribution of provincess accross the map. I would rather move...
"You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Sllhouette again."
what do you mean by "test version"? The most recent published "test version" is exactly of August 2023.
somebody might have messed with it, but I believe crossbows are still slow to reload while...
