Hi,
I'm returning to this mod after a hiatus. A couple of questions. Firstly: is hard still the recommended difficulty level? Second: is it standard for public order on hard to be a huge problem...
For me, the edicts are changed but the settlement names are not. Perhaps the latter requires a new campaign.
Double post.
Fantastic, downloading now.
Too late for the Seleucids in my Macedonian campaign, unfortunately, but hopefully it'll keep the Romans a bit less ridiculous.
Is this saved-game compatible?
I played a fairly lengthy Epirus campaign on hard. I pretty much gave up on Apollonia right away; I knew that one of the peninsular factions would attack me soon enough, and opted to focus upon...
What are the movies packs?
Is that this one? http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?696832-Official-Submod-Divide-et-Impera-Hardcore-and-Softcore-Submods/page16
If so, is there a way to install it manually? I don't...
They're all compatible?
Which submod shall I look for? I'm assuming compatibility with DeI is a must.
Is there any submod that'll make getting peace a bit easier? As Epirus, I've been locked in this pointless war with Carthage for the past 40 turns (i.e., the entire campaign so far); there have been...
Is the Softcore/Only AI Aggression version up to date?
Is normal battle difficulty still the strongly recommended setting?
Thanks for the response. I save scummed and managed to avoid the declaration. I took the further step of liberating the Samnites soon thereafter, however, and they promptly declared war on the...
I've run into a strange situation. I'm playing as Epirus on hard. I've gone into Italy and taken over Cosentia, then liberated it. The liberated faction subsequently backstabbed me on the very next...
Thanks.
Could you tell me what each of the ancient capitals do? I deduced that Rome allowed for recruiting without a barracks building, but I can't find any specifics anywhere.
What, in particular, would you think I should know about the mod before venturing into hard?
Any tips on fun factions? I've played Rome, and enjoyed it; but after the initial, frantic rush to...
I see. This is true even with small factions? I've just started an Armenia game on normal---will it be too easy? I'm a veteran of the series (been playing since 2002).
Epirus seems pretty brutal...
A few questions!
Is it still recommended that normal be the campaign difficulty level? Or is hard again a viable option (that is, not everyone hating one's guts from the start, inability to get...
Not sure if this is the right place to be posting this, but I'm having some troubleshooting issues. My game won't launch at all, no matter what I do---open it from Steam, or open it from the desktop...
Hi,
Great mod. I have a question: there are quite a few submods in the launcher, but I have no idea which are recommended to play with. Could someone clue me in?
Thanks.
I am confused. When I open individual battles (singleplayer), there are no preset armies nor any way to load preset armies. Is this normal? If not, how do I fix it?
Edit: Found the scenarios in...
The turning point? This would depend. In the war in the Pacific, it was certainly- almost undisputedly- the battle of Midway.
In Europe, there could be considered two turning points in the war- ...
