    No. Install SS6.3 and SS6.4. Run the SS setup, choosing Early Era, Savage AI and possibly permanent arrows (optional). Then, install SSHIP. And don't ever run the SS setup again ;)

    Now, to answer to your question, yes, you need the v0.9.2 to install the v0.9.5. However, if you wait a bit, the next version should be released very soon...

    Have you tried to launch SSHIP after installing v0.9.2?
    Sometimes the installer doesn't work as intended.Try to re-install SS6.3 and SS6.4. Run the setup as explained in the installation...
