Still have the links to this mod? Or at least a good Reconquista mod?
I play on a CRT and have my campaign map set to 1024x768 and battle map resolution set to 1280x960. It would crash for me at 800x600 as well but once I set the campaign map to my desktop resolution...
Is your desktop resolution at 800x600 too?
I know that there is one that comes with the mod download, but do you think that you could post a changelog (or a link to one) for the new version?
The 1006 version upgrades, changes or...
Their excuse is that they don't want to make one animation for two potential races. The "skeletons" excuse doesn't hold up. Same goes for bannermen since in Attila banners were held like swords.
I don't really care for M2's recruitment system but I do like how it and the games before it handled replenishment. In modern TW, I never care about troops being injured in battle because they can...
Those animations have existed since Shogun 1. There's no excuse for it, just CA cutting corners as usual.
I actually just barely had the same issue in vanilla related to the Mongols. What fixed it for me was setting my campaign map resolution to be the same as both my desktop and battle map resolution.
Steam version works fine for me. What resolution are you playing at? I hear higher resolutions cause the game to crash.
I agree with you about CA apologists going overboard but I really wouldn't use Rome as the pinnacle of features when they removed so many interesting features from MTW.
If it's not greek it's CA german nationalism. Remember the 1 turn crumbling Theodosian walls barbaroi!
Pretty sure Rome 2 is the best selling TW game so that's not really surprising. As long as the DLC is profitable I think they will make it.
I didn't see it either.
May 29th, 1453 best day of my life :^)
Might as well add my thoughts after doing a couple battles. I really dislike how you made icons above units colorless and removed movement markers (the lines that show where a selected unit goes)....
No idea if this has been posted yet but the settings screen is really hard to read.

I prefer the icons over the banners now because they display information clearly and tell me everything I need to know about friendly or enemy units. I didn't like them at first but they grew on me...
It's a bit condescending to assume someone's new to Total War because of their join date and post count on an unofficial forum isn't it? It's hard to believe, but the world does not revolve around...
This is such a petty complaint. If you want more colorful soldiers just edit your faction colors. Attila even has a setting for team colors so you can clearly discern friend from foe. Your units are...
It should have been the Attila system in the first place. There were too many times in Rome 2 where I accidentally moved my army instead of selecting a group of units.
There seems to be a lot of neat animations you see only when your unit detail is turned up. Upgraded my PC and now I see guys actually bashing into eachother on the charge and I've seen a soldier...
The Ostrogothic Kingdom and Roman Expedition are separate factions but you could add them to the main campaign pretty easily. I've noticed the Vandals are missing their new units in custom battles...
I like the sound of the new balance changes. I also hope I can actually export the custom maps now with the assembly kit update.
Will there be any penalties for failing missions? For example, ignoring the request for gems for your wife.
I've always wanted a good ACW mod for Shogun 2. Excited to see what you guys come up with.
Seems neat, will try it soon since I have to keep deleting my working data and revalidating.
Go through each players_array until you find the faction you want to edit. The # represents any number.
Anyone else still getting this issue when trying to save a battlefield? I did a barebones map with deployment zones and tried to save it as a battlefield and this always seems to happen....

Also I'd like to add that with how many people have been begging for mod tools, you'd expect to at...
Stuck waiting for the patch for the assembly kit. WHERE IS IT DARREN YOU SAID IT WAS COMING OUT YESTERDAY
You serious? The UK studio came first.
Nostalgia Goggles: The Thread. I sure do love the charges, guns, sieges, and pikes of Medieval 2 and how they all totally work.
Have you been able to actually save any of your battle maps? I can't save anything as a battle map without failing and I have no idea what I'm missing.
I get a processing issue too whenever I try to save my Battlefield with Ted.

Fullscreen on the window fixed it for me. http://wiki.totalwar.com/w/Ted_Documentation is helping me stumble through the editor.
Thank Christ. The last thing we needed was paid mods for Attila.
Hit ALT + Left Mouse Button to move your units while in formation. Press CTRL to rotate the units or set them to move while walking. Shift + Right Mouse Button will let you draw paths for your units.
You will understand once you learn the language of Osprey and dank memes.
I can see Paradox's marketing is working if people are defending their DLC practices while complaining about CA's in the same sentence.
