    Its the "Spartan interpretation of Thorax troops of other Hellenic factions", but unlike those troops, they're noticeably lacking in the chainmail department. Is there a specific reason for this?

    DEI's system is better, I think, limiting reforms to a smaller turn time and imperium level (although obviously MedII doesn't allow for this). 500 turns is a bit much.

    I'd hold off for now, there's been talk of a possible R4 in the works, which is absolutely needed to tone down the current Game-of-Thrones-esque AI.

    Melee troops with javelins seem to stand still and not fight back in melee combat a lot more than they used to in previous versions. This only happens with the AI, my own troops are fine.
