    1. You can only edit the battle maps and not the campaign map. They removed that feature starting with Rome 2, so giving it back to players piece by piece isn't exactly them being generous. But, fair...

    Does this mod also affect the AI? If so, is there a version of it that only affects the player? From my playthroughs it seems that the AI is also influenced by population and it's just all around too...
