    this is a compromise - there're 199 regions in the game (hardcoded), they have to be distibuted somehow, so Moldavia consists of itself and the neighbouring regions

    Berbers wouldn't live in Sicily or in Spain, so currently these units appear as mercenaries in these regions.

    No - you cannot kill a character by script. The kill_character console command doesn't work, afaik.
