You're welcome. Somebody else gets the credit, I just passed it on.

Make sure script file says

campaign_unit_multiplier 2.0;

Then start a NEW Campaign.
If that doesn't work try 1.9 or 2.1

Somebody on another Forum said they fixed it by changing the Audio...

The game is not keen on certain campaign_unit_multipliers. Sometimes it won't recognise a multiplier of 2. If you can't unstick it try 2.1 which will work.
