    Just remove console_command, add_settlement_turmoil is a normal command. The settlement name is also lacking, it should be:

    When a turn ends and a settlement is selected, then SettlementSelected fires at (/around) the beginning of the next turn.


    I use it in eb2 without problems.

    Your log looks like this one here, where the problem seems to be the installation (or a conflict with another submod), so reinstall all should resolve it. Otherwise i run out of ideas sorry ^^'...

    There is nothing specific in the log sadly. If you haven't added modded files before, the save was probably just corrupted for a random(/hidden) reason.
