    Yes! This is unfortunate and I think probably could be better explained. Many of the sub-mods modify the same files and I doubt there is a mod manager that can integrate these all together on its own...

    Yes, Mordor can recruit wargs but the resource does not exist inside of Mordor regions.

    And yes, the southern of the two far West mountain settlements is just a camp - no building possible.

    The good guys do 'try' to fight evil. But the idea is the player controls the faction which makes all the difference. ;)

    As for the Noldor attack, most diplomacy scripts end around turn 100 on...
